Client practices use the portal to order collection supplies from the laboratory — specimen containers, collection tubes, and shipping materials — with order confirmations sent to your practice email.
Getting access for your practice
Portal accounts are invitation-only — the laboratory sets up each client practice directly, and there is no self-registration. To get your practice set up, call 404-777-1551 or email fern@pillarsdx.com, and we will send an invitation to your practice email with first sign-in instructions.
